The customer service I received from Ashley & Adam is rare to come across nowadays. Ashley & Adam were so personable & friendly. Adam has been fantastic from start to finish! After initially meeting with me and taking the time to find me the best rates, I unexpectedly had to put everything on hold as my home had been damaged and I needed to sort through with my current carrier. Adam not only called me just to check in, but provided me with recommendations on repair options from his own experience. After I sorted through everything, I reached back out to Adam, he refreshed all my info and had me with a new carrier and better rates within a couple of days. I hate calling insurance companies, and Adam has been a wonderful go-between! I just tell him what I want, and he comes back a day or two later with what I need! So far he's gotten me my home insurance, auto insurance, and gotten some obscure info from the home insurer for me. I had been with the same insurance company for many years. The company changed ownership. We lost coverage on our home. I only discovered this through a letter from my mortgage company.  The original company was working on coverage, but they were apathetic and defensive when I would ask about progress.  A friend recommended I reach out to Adam. He got us taken care of right away. We have nothing but good things to say about Adam! My husband and I are happily in our new home and as first time homebuyers, we had no clue what to do for insurance. Our broker sent us to Adam who immediately put us at ease. He helped us secure a great deal for our house and vehicle and we are confident we’re in good hands. United Home sent a letter back in September saying they were going to be letting go of all their customers had an insurance guy and he just couldn’t get me any good rates. So I called Adam! Thank gosh I did. Adam was able to get me amazing rates actually cheaper and better than what I had originally! Adam made the process and switch super easy got everything with my home loan transferred I didn’t have to make any calls but to cancel my current policy! Definitely give him a call if you are needing to find better rates in this crazy market! ☺️

The home buying process has gone very fast for me. Before I knew it, it was crunch time and I still didn't have insurance. I contacted Adam on a Friday when he was out of the office and he still responded very quickly. He even worked on my insurance quote the next day (saterday) to make sure I got everything i needed on time. He was very nice, and easy to work with! I will be contacting Adam again in the future anytime I need insurance assistance!

Adam and Brandy are two of the hardest working people who have genuine hearts. I have been working with Adam since 2015 and cannot say enough amazing things about him.
