But before I started in finance, I had the privilege of serving as an intelligence officer in the US Army. I spent 17 years as an active-duty Officer and in the US Army reserve where I still continue to serve. I'm a combat veteran who served a year long deployment in Iraq. I also founded my own non-profit organization where we help fellow veterans become financially successful and get the benefits they rightfully deserve.
