Terrible customer service and billing. They stole from us and said we had not account so they couldn't stop billing us. Never use.

They are the worst. Was in a car accident, and they found me at fault. Even though the other party seemed to be speeding in a school zone. The person seemed to appear out of no where. They never told me the results of the accident until I got a letter close to my renewal date stating they wouldn't be renewing with me. And I only found out the results by asking questions as to why they wouldn't renew. No communication from them for 7 months, until the letter.

Bob Chasan is a rare bird in an industry crowded with phonies and frauds. Bob truly cares about his clients  and provides need based solutions for his clients and not which product will generate him the highest commission. If he can help you, he will. If he can't he will find someone who can.  I found Bob to be more than straightforward in our dealings and couldn't be happier with his level of customer service!

My car insurance was Liberty Mutual. I used to pay about $140 a month in PA. After moving to AZ, Liberty Mutual wanted me to pay $311 a month for the same policy. I was shocked. Then I immediately canceled my policy and went with another company with completely the same coverages for only $155. I wanted to warn everybody, to be careful!

The person I talked to was extremely helpful. I promptly received the information I was looking for. The service was excellent!

Customer Service and Claims Department is horrible. Never on the same page, provides conflicting information, horrible at call backs and answering emails, etc. Started with them in January of this year and not looking to renew with them because of how bad their customer service is in Arizona.

It's 4:48pm. I called and the lady started asking extra questions after claiming to have pulled my quote up. She then said that I can't insure 1 of 2 vehicles because the other one is in my wife's name. When I asked why, she said because of the law. When I asked if it was state law, she said/repeated that Liberty Mutual doesn't want them to do it that way so I would have to get 2 separate quotes. She also said that making a claim would be a problem if both vehicles had the same insurance holder. She then took a long time saying that she was putting in our information. When she got back on the phone, she gave me a quote around $45 more than what we were quoted on Liberty Mutual website. I said, "Woah, I'm not going to be doing that". She said, "ok" then hung up on me at the end of the "K". I could tell from the jump that I was going to regret calling in. Never again. 0 Stars

Terrible. Raised my rates without telling. Sent me to collections before they canceled my account. Those annoying commercials, only pay for what you need is a lie. They add things you don't want and Don't need without telling you, expect you to pay for it and when you don't they send you to collections. Liberty mutual is a scam!! Avoid them like large crowds during a covid outbreak.

I've found a better insurance company,, I had an issue with sr22 and no one knew how to deal with it.

I needed a new insurance company asap. Got in hold of a lady named Jasmin and off the bat the most welcoming and kindness lady I have ever spoke to on the phone in my life. Jasmin took really good care of me and made me feel important. She gave me a rate for my car insurance that could not refuse and was on board. 10/10 customer service and I highly recommend anyone who needs a new insurance company should talk straight with Jasmin because knowing she will give you the best rate.
