To be honest, for years I spent doing all my own insurance research and quotes using the various online systems.  I thought I was saving money doing everything myself.  I was wrong.  I used Comparion on a new residential policy.  That experience was so good I asked for with my auto policy.  That experience was also excellent.  Long story short… Luke and his team at Comparion are my go to for insurance quotes and policy changes.  .

After a decades-long relationship with AAA, I switched carriers to Liberty Mutual due to the lack of longitudinal customer service and increasingly circumscribed insurance offerings I was able to obtain renter’s/condo owner’s policies, automobile and umbrella policies with professional and multi-policy discounts.
I have been happy with Liberty Mutual, and am most impressed with the customer service.  I am comfortable tending to my insurance policies online, but sometime I need to contact my agent Luke Hampleman. He has responded quickly and professionally to my emails/calls.  It is so nice having one person handle your insurance questions.  When my daughter needed rental insurance out of state, he was able to refer me to an appropriate agent, who was similarly responsive.  Appreciate the close attention.
