I requested a quote during late morning hours for auto and homeowner's insurance from Marcos while doing competitive shopping before my renewal. Marcos answered my call and attentively listened to my request and concerns. When asked if I had a dog with a history of biting, we enjoyed a good laugh and some banter when I replied that my dog would probably lick him to death. This interaction allowed us to relate to one another as fellow humans and offered a personal touch to a business transaction. I appreciated Marcos' ability to relate to me not just as another prospective customer, but as a person. To Marcos' employer, I would say, "This guy is a keeper!" While business is about making money, I believe that it is about developing relationships. Marcos has nailed that.
He offered to research auto and homeowner's insurance options and said he would call me back with the information around 2:00 p.m. later in the afternoon. True to his word, he called me with the information he had found offering various options from various insurance companies. Although the options offered were not competitive with the renewal rates I was researching and it wasn't feasible to change insurance carriers, Marcos was pleasant, personable, informed, listened, and didn't try to pressure me into a decision. We agreed to touch base next year at renewal time.
Thank you, Marcos, for your time, effort and expertise. As a retiree on a fixed income, every penny counts. I appreciate your help and the personalized service that you provided.

Marcos was excellent in helping me find better auto insurance rates.  He found me a policy with same coverages but at a $2,500 savings with another auto insurance carrier!  I asked a lot of questions and was hesitant to move to another carrier, but Marcos assured me that this was a better move with another highly regarded carrier. My current insurance term was ending and I started looking for other options. Marcos was able to provide me with the best cost and coverage combo vs other insurance agents. He promptly has answered all questions about coverage and I felt very comfortable to purchase the annual coverage to maximize coverage cost even more! Highly recommend Marcos as your insurance agent for his knowledge and attentiveness. He will make sure you have the proper coverage in case of any emergency and not try to sell you a cheaper policy where you won’t be covered when  in trouble.
