Having grown up in the British Isles on the picturesque island of Guernsey, I have always valued the well-being of others. Guernsey provided me with a beautiful environment, with moderate winters and refreshing summers spent at the beach, indulging in activities like surfing and snorkeling.

My thirst for new experiences led me to win a scholarship at the age of 16 to attend UWC Atlantic in Wales. During my time there, I was proud to be a member of the Cliff Rescue team, an integral part of the UK Coastguard.

After graduating from UWC Atlantic, I pursued higher education at the University of Leeds in West Yorkshire. Returning to Guernsey, I found myself uncertain about my career path. However, an opportunity arose to join Guinness Flight Global Asset Management, an offshore fund manager, where I became a part of their Investor Services team. This marked the beginning of my professional journey in the finance industry.

Driven by ambition, I eventually relocated to London and worked in The City, where I thrived and eventually became the Head of Digital at Investec Asset Management. With a focus on building an influential online presence for Investec, I successfully supported the sale of their funds to retail investors, institutions and financial intermediaries Worldwide. My expertise was recognized by leading financial publications, and I was frequently quoted in the Financial Times and other respected media outlets.

In 1997, I met my future wife during a game of Slingo on AOL (yes, I am that old!). I inherited a son named Jacob from her previous marriage, and we also welcomed our own son, Connor, into our lives. After 15 years of commuting into London, we made the decision to move to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to be closer to my wife's parents residing in Oklahoma City.

Given my passion for finance and dedication to assisting others, joining Comparion Insurance as an Agent was a natural choice for me. I am thrilled to be able to combine my expertise in the financial realm with my genuine desire to help people.
