Very unethical in their business practice and billing. Was lied to about billing and they will charge you so much more than any other company. Customer service is poor and the resolution department will lie to you and change their story multiple times.

Tara, an agent there, flat out lied to us and left us uninsured for the first month of hurricane season. Her lie not only left us uninsured for that first month of hurricane season, but now our escrow is completely messed up leaving us paying an extra $250 a month. $250 a month is a huge hit for a disabled vet on disability!!!

I am not a frequent review writer, but I have had such a poor experience with Comparion that I feel compelled to caution others about the poor customer service I’ve received with this agency.  They obtained a homeowners policy for us a year ago through one of their affiliate companies, Orchid. We have since replaced the roof and made updates and asked Comparion to have the policy re-quoted to see if the premium may have changed with the updates to the home. Our agent we worked with had apparently left Comparion, so I spoke several times to a different agent who never followed up, never re-quoted us a policy, and stopped returning my calls and emails. After weeks of non-response, I was told by a person answering their phone that I have to speak directly with Orchid, the company that Comparion used to quote and insure us a year ago.  I had never had to deal directly with Orchid before, when the policy was quoted and put into place. Comparion told me they don’t have an agent assigned to us and that they could not see our policy in their system, even though they had obtained the policy for us and emailed us the policy last year and dealt with our mortgage holder to set up escrow payments, etc.  After three attempts and a total of over 2 hours on hold, I finally reached someone at Orchid, only to find out that they no longer have an affiliate relationship with Comparion and that our policy is scheduled for NON-renewal in one week. We had not received a notice of this. Comparion dropped the ball and also missed out on an opportunity to re-quote our policy with affiliates other than Orchid. I would caution anyone before considering doing business with Comparion.   The time, effort and frustration in trying to get all this resolved have been unacceptable. We have since found another insurance agency and have had to scramble to get a new homeowners policy in place before the policy Comparion obtained for us lapses in one week.  This is a very poor business partner.

Thanks to Ruby I'm all set for house insurance for another year. Very reasonable. Ruby was very helpful and pleasant. 😁

Liberty Mutual has implemented social grading.  This is an afront to our "liberty" and this socialist "NWO" organization and all of it's affiliates must be de-funded!

I Just bought a 4Runner not to long ago, which I Absolutely love!! I was given Liberty Mutual as a referral for insurance through Daytona dealership. I wasnt sure who I wanted to go through bc I had already used Geico and Progressive and I didn't really experience either of them bc I hadn't needed to use my insurance on my last vehicle. I'm excited to see what Liberty can offer me when I'm in need of help and my Policy is "The Works" so I'm hoping for Greatness 🙂  I've only been insured with Liberty since Aug so I hope for the Best and Ive gotten good vibes from all of the Agents I've talked to ☺ Happy Monday!!

Very useless insurance I'm overpaying and I dont ask for much. all I asked for was for them to help me out with an appraisal after an accident . Straight no couldnt even atleast send the guy pictures to see if it was a total loss

Not happy with all the complaints I have read online about them. If you look up liberty mutual and the word complaints or class action lawsuit online you will see.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Lied to me in several conversations regarding a claim i was dealing with. Stated that they would reimburse me for what was owed to me for over a month and then all of a sudden after the check was sent out,  left a voicemail saying they couldn't do it anymore and would not respond to any of my calls or emails. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I am absolutely disgusted with them.

They owe me $96 for a month and a half worth of house coverage and apparently have to completely cancel the policy the get it. Completely unethical, and they certainly wouldn't have caught it and just sent it to me, even though I'd have paid for a service that wasn't in place. Ted Martin originally got me a fair quite quickly so I could show the mortgage I was ready to close. As things go, it was another month and a half later that we actually signed the papers. I specifically reached out to Ted to let him know I wanted coverage to begin closing day. He tried to tell me at first that most mortgage companies want coverage in place BEFORE signing, which I wasn't interested in for a second. 10 months later I get a bill for new coverage, the original coverage date showing on the paperwork!! I immediately called both the mortgage company and Ted's office. He was in a meeting, and the young lady I spoke with said she looked on my account and saw NO notes of an updated start date to the coverage! Then Ted responds to my email that I need to get with the mortgage company to get my refund (???) which makes no sense, since they sent him a check for the full 12 months of coverage initially AND another check to start coverage for a new policy as of 8/1/17!! They don't owe me any money, Liberty Mutual does! Now I'm getting a run around, different story every time I hear from him!!

Just read the other reviews and stay away. They will do whatever it takes to cheat you out of your money. Have fun with their "sue me" mentality if you do business with them.

I work in the restoration industry.  NO ONE focuses on their customers like Liberty does.  They really get it that their customers are #1.  Switch to them right away!

Interesting, I have never done business with this company, yet there is a negative review with my name. No idea how it happened. My apologies to this firm

I put in a claim on June 10, 2019. I talked to my claims specialist Stephannie on June 12th. With in a few days, their third party vendor (Street Delivery) came out to take pictures of my home and send it back to my claims representative.

Since then, I haven't heard a WORD from Liberty Mutual. I emailed Stephannie, my wife has emailed and called her to no avail. Three weeks later, Stephannie is MIA (missing in action). I cant wait to hear what the excuse will be!! :(
