When faced with two years of lender placed insurance, and once again turned away by our previous broker, Fernando stepped up and placed us with the required home owners insurance to adequately protect our property and eliminate the expensive alternative.
In short order, Fernando was understanding, professional, courteous, and on point to connect us with a company who understood our situation. He explained the options in great detail, clarifying some points, and recommending the best choice to protect our home and assets. The savings we will experience will be tremendous. He service has been exemplary.
