My mother passed away in July and there is a life insurance policy that I have been trying to get some more information on. Since July I have driven up to this location multiple times and nobody is there no matter what time I go. Every time I call I get Janae and she either will put me on hold, give me attitude or just transfers me to a another call system that will ask me the same questions which leads me back to her. I’m beyond frustrated, my mother worked for this company for over 20 years and I would have never thought that based on the people I have met I would be treated with such unprofessionalism.

This place is absolutely horrible! I sold me vehicle and called to remove it from my policy they took it off but charged me the same price and said there was nothing they could do to lower it! I found another insurance company for much cheaper and canceled liberty mutuals policy except now they sent me another bill and are threatening to put it on my credit, the problem is i do not owe anything!!! Why are they double charging me???

Didn't go to this specific location, but I spoke with someone over the phone and while my experience on the phone was pleasant, it was my experience after was not so much. The customer service agent wasn't able to get a quote for me because there was an error. He said he would redo and get back to me in 20 minutes. Almost 12 hours later and I still haven't heard back. Thanks a lot for nothing

Buyer beware!
We had them for years on our house and our car. As soon as our house was broken into they accused us of doing th then we had to hire lawyers to fight against  Liberty Mutual. Not protection there. Needlesss to say we won.

This review is the for the insurance as a whole, and not necessarily this specific branch (although they sell the same product as all the other locations so it is still applicable).

I had their auto insurance and house insurance from 2017 to 2019. The house insurance started at $1100 a year, went to $1190, and my latest quote at the two year mark was for $1549. During this time I had no claims on my house. I can understand a slight cost increase, but 30%?

The same sort of deal with the auto insurance. It started with decent rates, but then they increased it $300 every six months at the one year mark, once again with no accidents, tickets, or infractions.  I switched to Geico, and after a year, Geico actually LOWERED my rates at the one year renewal.

Liberty Mutual will offer you a halfway decent quote to get their foot in the door and after that they will hope you are apathetic and won't notice them greatly raising your rates, especially if you have your home insurance paid through an escrow account.

I won't be back.
