I originally had a good experience when I bought insurance several years ago.  I recently had aa auto claim and have been unable to reach Joey Doom or his office by phone - their number kicks over to a phone message system run by the national company.  I left a message with Joey's personal number but got no response.  The company representative that I dealt with in settling my claim was also hard to reach and not very helpful.  I will be cancelling my policy.
