In a world run by automated voice attendants, emails, texts, and phone apps Julia is the first person to always pick up the phone and talk insurance issues through with me.    She has helped me from sending me my proof of insurance cards to stepping me through the process of a recent accident (as well as the Liberty Mutual team she works with).
