Magda (Maggie) Williams is a pleasure to work with, a great and quick communicator, and brings the human aspect to this competitive arena.  Maggie represented our family for our auto and renters insurance for over 6 years.  I don't remember exactly how we came to work with Maggie, but I certainly do remember that our relationship blossomed into a professionaly personal exchange.  She asked about my kids and celebrated milestones with us.  For example, she was always the first to know when we leased a new car since we needed to have it ensured!  She'd congratulate us and quickly send us over the details so the dealer would let us drive away.  Respectfully, we would give her a heads up so she wasn't taken by suprise on a sunday!  She watched our family move from a Prius to a Rav 4 to a Sienna!  Along our growth, Maggie was there to accompany us with solid pricing that she would shop around for.

The best texts to get are the ones telling me I'm going to save money!  Maggie often sent these to us.  She'd catch me by suprise saying that she found a cheaper rate and at the speed of my confirmation, we'd be switched over to better pricing.  It's reassuring to have someone watching your back.

Recently, our family bought our first home.  We needed to find competitive homeowners insurance, bundled with auto insurnace.  I felt comfortable sending Maggie quotes we recieved from competing agents.  I was very taken aback when she recommended we go with another agent, stating that it was a better deal and she couldn't find something comprable.  Working with someone with this level of understanding and professinalism is rare, yet wonderful.   She was one of the first indivudals to receive a photo of us with the "Sold" sign.  I hope we can return to her in the future!  Thanks, Maggie, for almost a decade of collaboration!  We'll be intouch...

I’m sorry you had a bad experience with Liberty Mutual’s claims department. Here at Liberty Mutual, we want to make sure we are connecting you with the appropriate teams to best address your concerns and needs. This is a local sales office. If you’d like to speak with a claims specialist, please call 800-225-2467.

Struck on the road. Call the road assistantance.had no one pick the service. I finally called them an hour after, they said they got someone but I have to pay the person$120 on spot while I have full coverage. Was on the free way for over 2hrs. B/4 call 911 to help me out .

I visited my rental property and heard water dripping from the first floor ceiling.  I called Liberty and the claim was handled over the phone and I had a check in my mailbox within two days and I was able to choose my own contractor to complete the repairs.  I didn't even need to take pictures or have someone from Liberty Mutual assess the damage.  It was a great experience. Thanks!

They are very efficient. Needed to "store" car because im away from home. All paperwork was electronic and timely. Been with them about 10 yesrs.

Terrible, avoid this insurance company at all costs.  They are (1) unwilling to work with you on any policy changes during your policy term; (2) engage in perpetually inaccurate accounting; (3) charge exorbitant increases to a policy renewal during a pandemic in spite of having LOW vehicle use and NO claims; (4) fail to present any accurate accounting statement at the end of the policy; (5) fail to cancel the policy per request in a timely manner, only doing so after a 2nd follow-up request; (6) have unhelpful local office and long (more than 1 hour) wait times for a phone representative at their 800-number, who when pressed for answers simply hangs up on you and then when calling back, suggests the call was accidentally disconnected (repeatedly!).

Well they are always nice on the phone. Too bad they don’t follow through with anything. I knew insurance was a scam but wow...

Liberty Mutual insurance company claims process isn't what it used to be. I called to make a claim it took 5 days before I could speak with my claim specialist and she was clueless about my claim. Then it was 30 days before anyone could come access the damages. To matters worse the adjuster goes on a week vacation without notice at the most critical stage in my claims process. FYI don't make Liberty mutual insurance your first option. If you have them already then be cautious because Liberty mutual insurance don't handle claims as they once did in the past.

I've been faithfully paying for condo insurance for over 10 years. One night while in my bed the whole ceiling fell. Drywall and insulation everywhere. I called to place a claim and they contacted my homeowner association. Because this had happened before it was deemed a builder defect and my claim was denied.

They never rise primium after an accident..., but expect a rise when you renew the policy , even with no accidents, no tickets and no claims.
