Caitlyn Bennett is a superstar! We had all our insurance with Liberty Mutual for decades. When I recently contacted Caitlyn to request proof of insurance to renew a vehicle registration (which she provided promptly) she suggested it might be a good time to review our policies to see if the coverages were appropriate and maybe available at a lower cost. At the end of the review we ended up with better coverage and saved thousands of dollars in premiums (yes, thousands) by switching to Progressive for our insurnace needs. Caitlyn did all the homework for us and explained in lay person terms the differences in coverage between our existing policies and Progressive's. We asked lots of questions and she patiently answered all of them. Throughout the whole process she sincerely had our best interests at heart and never once pressured us to make a decision before we felt comfortable and ready to make a switch. It is great comfort to have a professional like Caitlyn on our side to ensure our assets are protected at a fair price.

Caitlyn Bennett has been our representative now for several years. There aren't enough word to express her competency. She spent many hours going over all of our policies, we have several and helping us decide the best coverage that was needed. She worked very hard to get us the best rates and the best part was she kept in touch with us through the whole process. Horrible customer service. I only gave 1 star so that I could post the review. We have held out with this company because changing insurance companies is a pain, but the CS has been so bad that it is no longer an option. I can never get anyone on the phone. I barely get Fred Driscoll to respond via email. 2 years in a row they told me they would set up my billing method from direct payments to mortgagee billing (as I had for 20+ years with my previous Insurance Company) and they didn't; resulting in me getting emails threatening to cancel my insurance if I don't pay immediately. This happened last year again and they promised to fix it....yet it just happened again.  And they just promised again to fix it.  So. Done. With. This. Agent.  They stink.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Multiple serious problems with both homeowners and motor vehicle insurance policies. No one ever answers the phone or returns  emails. Do not use this agency. Nothing but problems.

I saved over $700 on my insurance by working with the Fred Driscoll group through my employer.

I found this company through my employer who offers a group insurance discount with liberty mutual. I was on my parents auto insurance and had been looking for awhile to find my own policy. I reached out using my companies online portal. Shortly after I filled the e-form, I was given an automatic quote from liberty mutual. The quote I received online was not very competitive so I saved it for later.  That same day a member from the Fred Driscoll team, specifically Maria Cepeda reached out to me. She sent me a different link from the initial request link on my employers portal. This link pulled up my current insurance policy and allowed the team to find the best policy that matched my current (which did not have to come from liberty). After a couple back and forth emails to gather information, I was quoted. I was shocked at the quote because the rates for auto and renters were much much lower than what I have been currently paying. So we moved forward with the next steps.

The next step was to provide my bank information, I was a bit skeptical because it had to be given over phone or email. I chose to do a phone call. In the future I hope they implement a secure online portal for entering this type of information.

I was also concerned about getting refunded for my current policies since I had already paid both in full for the entire year. Maria was great at communicating to me how the refunds work which made the process a lot easier to understand.

Now I have the same policy but for much less. Thanks Maria for your patience and wonderful communication skills. I am very happy with the money I am able to save.
