I was looking to purchase a new car and decided to look into insurance options. Jerry Etienne was my representative. He was beyond exceptional. Cristina is literally a life saver, let me start off by saying that. I haven’t had the best rep with insurance company’s due to a lot of things. I was a dumb teenage-early twenty year old who didn’t care about much. This put me in a huge hole when it came to getting a new car. I needed insurance and was paying basically 900 dollars a month for my insurance I already had. I was then put in contact with Cristina who saved the day. She gave me a great quote, I HAD TO take it. Now I’m paying a great price per month for 2 cars. But wait there’s more. She also helped me say goodbye to my ex-insurance company 🙂 how much easier does it get? Thanks so much Cristina for being so awesome. You’re seriously the BEST!

Paid on time for 8 years. Canceled a policy they did not tell me I owed anything to do so... 3 months later I am in collections. When calling to figure out what happened, staff told me they wont call and were sending mail to wrong address. This kind of business will get you put out of business. See ya Liberty Mutual

apparently with liberty mutual it's better if you hit a car or person then a pot hole was charge 1000.00 deductible bc i hit a pothole  that's what the agent said.

If I can give 0 starts I would. Be careful with Liberty Mutual Danvers, all they care about is making commission! I called for a quote on insurance in February and informed the agent I was working with who's name is Jerry E( if you get him RUN) that I was going with a different company and I will not be using Liberty Mutual and he responded saying ok thank you. Almost 6 months later I receive an call from a collection's agency saying that I own liberty mutual $500, come to find out Jerry enter a policy under my name with the wrong address so I wasn't getting any mail that was telling me I had a policy open because I would've been addressed he situation. I called liberty mutual and they informed me they have no signed paperwork from me and they will close it. They seem to not have a care in the world that they were about to ruin my credit score because one of their agent are greedy and just wanted a commission. DO NOT GO WITH LIBERTY MUTUAL! I'm still trying to understand how a quote led to a policy to a collection agency. This why its people are scared to give out information now. THE WORST!

I have some Pros and Cons with this place - Overall satisfaction is 3.5-4

Cons first

They called me almost everyday for over a week straight getting everything ready for my car that I would be picking up at the end of the week. I told him multiple times that i had 1 accident and a couple speeding tickets, they told me for 1 year it would be $1200, then the next day they were able to lower it to $1140 and then a 10% off deal with bmw, would make it $1040. THEN 1 HOUR BEFORE picking up my car, they changed the rate to $1690.00 because they found a speeding ticket on my record.  this is who I dealt with - Jared Yagjian

I understand and assumed that would be my insurance but the problem is that I told them and it almost became a scam making sure I was locked into them before going to get the car. That is unacceptable and they should taken the lost of money.

Pros - I have had all money paid (minus the deductible) for any damages done. My motorcycle has lots of damage done to it and they were great with paying the motor cycle company (cycles 128 - who I DO NOT recommend!) and paying the additional charges to me after work was complete.

They also wrote a complaint for me to have on their record to specifically not recommend cycles 128 to any other they're motorcycle clients if repair is needed.

They are easy to talk to, helpful, and offer advice is your new to the area and times/people to talk to to make things as easy for you as possible.

I have been with liberty mutual since I was 16 on my parents insurance and now on my own I plan to stay even with the 1 incident that I was not happy about.

I just recently got a quote from liberty mutual by Pavel Montas he was great and very informative. He made the conversation comfortable by answering all of my questions and reassuring any hesitation by me sending my personal information. He was able to help me understand what I would be paying for and the importance of coverage. He was a great help and showed me how great of a company liberty mutual is!

Worked with Angelica Padilla.  She was great!  Helped me save money and I now have better coverage than before.

Melissa was a huge help saving me money and explaining everything. I recommend all of my friends and family to insure their home auto and life insurance policies through her!

I have been working with Jared Yagjian for years. He has always been a complete professional and saved me money on my renters insurance and auto insurance.

Trust me they were great while I was insured with them there were no problems. I moved to another state and changed my insurance. Once this happened they were rude, not helpful, wait time to talk to someone was 30 minutes only to get disconnected during that call with no return call. I will never deal with them again.

Cristina Sicari was realistic and helpful about life, car, and home insurance. She got me the best rates.  And I know I’m covered well if anything happens.

I have had Liberty Insurance since 2016  They had to help immediately as some jerk side swiped me and I was stuck with Insurance problem 1 month in!  Yikes!  Liberty was the best that is all I will say!

Nobody wants to answer the telephone and although Google says the office is open they are locked up and in the dark 2 hours before closing.

They are canceling our policy during construction because during a pandemic they dont care if products are delayed. I will also be taking this up with the BBB and other places to make known that NO ONE should take out a policy with liberty or work with maria. They also have ignored my questions since june 30th.

I needed a crucial  paper from them so I could apply for a title and new registration for the used car that I recently purchased. She took the information and emailed me what I needed.  Also helped me make changes to my policy over the phone. This was taken care of the day before Christmas.  She was very helpful and polite.
