Always happy with the experience in both sales and service I receive from this office in Shelby Township! Maureen Belknap is an absolute professional, but with the utmost kindness and grace.  She doesn't push products or "badger" her customers in any way.  She is easily accessible and responsive for questions and help, but disappears into the background as long as things are running smoothly for you.

Many people don't like to think of buying insurance as a "personal" process, but that just means you don't have the right agent.  I have never been more comfortable with an agent, or trusted more that I was being taken care of at all times.  She is just the very best!!!
