Brian Bury is fantastic! Always helpful and responsive - the automated phone system is really pretty bad and leads to frustration and confusion! Brian on the other hand is clear and easy to reach with a direct dial number! I have been mis directed too many times to use the automated system! The agents that the automated system gives you are not even clear on policies or regulations. Brian is clear and honest and easy to work with ! Please improve the automated system!

We are sorry you had a bad experience. We strive for top-notch service.  Insurance carriers are raising premiums right now due to inflation. We have used Comparion for our home owners insurance for the last 6 years and it had been mildly pleasant.  I should have seen the signs when Kenny Henderson was pushy and unpleasant over our life insurance needs because when we cancelled those plans without telling him (because we didn't know we were supposed to) I got a lot of flak.

Fast forward to March 2023, when one of "Team Henderson" members, Mark, reached out to me about trying to compete for our auto insurance.  I decided to go ahead and let them.  Mark came back with a great rate and would save us a lot a year with a complete package with both policies!

However, turns out Mark didn't use our most current IDs, and didn't even request them.  The rate for auto was inaccurate because of the wrong IDs and there was a 5 year old moving violation on one of them. Our rate jumped up by $80+/month just on auto, with an immediate "renewal charge" of double our first month. So already we're substantially out of pocket. Once we realized exactly how bad off we were, we trusted the team to try and find us a new policy.

NOW since they had the correct IDs, our initial policy costs were astronomical. When asked if Comparion could do anything for us, they told us no and it wasn't their fault.

Now, our home owners called us, adding on an additional $600 a year because they were apparently not given information on the new policy that our home is NOT 1 story, it is 1.5 stories.

When reaching back out, frustrated, and saying we would move on if they still refused to do anything, we were met with the obligatory "Best of luck" and that was it.

Very helpful finding us a fair rate. Responsive and personable.

My experience with Tara and Ashlee has be exemplary.  I couldn't ask for better support.  I'm glad to have them in my corner.
