John was extremely helpful when I needed insurance fast. My partner and I were stuck at a dealership after our car died, needing insurance to drive a new car off the lot. Unfortunately, it was after hours and no one was answering. But John Stewart picked up right away! Unfortunately he was unable to process our insurance as we lived out of state but we couldn't believe it when he spent the next 30 minutes calling all his collages! In this world many people are quick to criticize and complain about someone's work if they make a small mistake, but seldom mention any good or exceptional performance.
I have always had a positive experience with Liberty Mutual - Comparion Insurance Company and most recently had an insurance issue that came up, so I contacted their office and spoke with LAUREN. She attended to my issue and immediately provided the necessary documents I needed and made the changes I requested. This is not the first time I have interacted with her, and this time (as always) I found her to be friendly, upbeat, pleasant to deal with and very well versed in insurance matters. She was (and always is) a delight to talk with and I feel she is an asset to Liberty Mutual, plus an EXCELLENT team player!!

Just spoke with Doug in the Salem, NH office in attempts to get a quote for home owners insurance on a recently purchased property. He was extremely rude and non professional. Liberty Mutual Insurance just lost a potential new customer.

Dear God in Heaven! This is by far the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. When we got flooded out, my family took days off to help us,.LMI covered nothing, not even the materials. Though they admitted coverage, they did nothing to help. Since they didn't help with repairs, when we got flooded out again, for the same issue, I didn't call in my family and immediately called LMI for help. Absolutely zero response to calls, emails or texts. Why bother paying them?

I have never had an issue or any questions unanswered dealing with any of the service rep's. And found them very friendly and atenative.

I am dealing with a meagan as my claims rep.  She has been very difficult to work with.  Last call she hung up because she felt I was insulting her.  I want another claims rep and I have no success getting anyone else.  It is all computers and your choices are very limited.  No matter what I do I end up at her desk.   HELP!

Tree fell on my house at 2am Saturday morning. Wouldn't get back to me until Monday. Even with the tree still on my house and a giant hole in my roof. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Quoted one price by Sales _ bought policy. Being billed another amount. It's up to me to track down the Sales Rep I spoke with about the quote. Liberty never honors quotes!

This is by far the worst insurance company I've ever heard of! I had them for 3 years and they raised their price on me every year and when I called to find out why I was told "that's just just what we do our rates go up every year." Where is the customer loyalty in that? Then upon switching my insurance to Geico who i pay $100 less to i called liberty mutual to let them know I was canceling them and sent them a cancellation form they took my payment out of my account anyway. Upon calling again to try to get the payment put back they refused to do so claiming that the payment they took out was for the previous month which they had already charged me for and also told me i would owe them an additional $300 fee for canceling their insurance. I refused to pay this $300 cancellation fee considering how much they had already robbed me for upon which they sent my case to a collection agency forcing me to either pay the fee or have my credit suffer. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT USE LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE!!!!

Accident forgiveness is nothing but a scam. Why they are allowed to use this statement in their ads is totally deceiving.

Liberty is the worst with claims processing. They try to make the policy holder to all the heavy lifting. What the hell am I paying them to do? I had out of pocket costs that should have been covered up front. Then I had to chase the insurance complies on my own to get reimbursed.

Stay away from these frauds.

They WERE good until my car got totaled and they refused to fix it, even though I am positive they sold it for profit. It was a fully loaded Camry and only needed a new bumper .  Anyway, got a new, used Camry, just got off the phone for 29 minutes and 34 seconds...was told I have free glass on my renewed policy, transfer, transfer ....transfer finally got to the glass agent, then she tells me they want to just fix it..Ummm No I have FREE GLASS WHAT AM I PAYING FOR EACH MONTH. THEY NEED TO GET IN THE GAME AND IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER PHONE SERVICE. Considering switching back to Geico next month I have had it!!!
