Melissa is the best. She's been our insurance agent for a while. With my first house we got homeowners insurance and car insurance. Melissa cared about my family and got the best rates for us. She has always been available when I've had questions. We sold our first home and moved into our second home and she helped us with the homeowners insurance and everything went so smoothly. After 40+ yrs with State Farm, we were informed that they could not underwrite a policy for our new home due to a roof leak we had in our Fl condo several yrs back with a DIFFERENT insurance company yielding a whopping $900 pay out. In a total panic, after trying and failing at a few other insurers, I called Melissa on a recommendation from our realtor. I Emailed her and within about 15-20 min, she had responded. Within about another 15, she called back with quotes from an insurance company that would cover our home completely at a rate we could afford. She answered all our questions and we now have a very substantial policy AND piece of mind. Her knowledge is unmatched (compared to the other companies we called), she gave us options, gave us recommendations and steered us in the right direction. We went from totally panicked to breathing a hugh sigh of relieve within about 40 minutes. She is AWESOME!

I saw someone on Facebook that highly recommended Melissa. I contacted her and we made the date to review our insurance policies. She has a wonderful personality and fit right in with my wife and I. Imagine having a 'pleasant time' while saving money on our insurance. She took her time and covered everything, which is rare these days. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field of work. Melissa is an excellent insurance agent. She has saved me so much money switching over to her a few years ago. She even checks in every few months to make sure my policies are the cheapest she can get! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

It's not only a good thing to have an agent get you a great quote and policy. No. Its times you NEED YOUR POLICY to protect you.  Its even better if the agent gets it done for you and makes the catastrophe a little bit less painful.  That's what Melissa did for me today.
