I called looking for my regular agent. Found out he's retired now. However, Jody often worked with the agent and knew how he would have guided me. Jody proved as much when I asked about personal liability insurance.  Jody taught me about Umbrella Insurance and the deal I could get combining all my policies, as well. I can't express how easy and pain-free Jodi made getting a new Homeowners ins policy. I was so stressed knowing it was ending in less than a month. After our first call she got me two quotes within hours. Less than a week later and it's done.
