To say that Jodi went the "extra mile" in helping us find a new home owners policy in short-order would be an understatement. The amount of time/effort and care she committed to us was incredible, and we wound up with a better policy for less money. She was communicative, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. "I need more coverage, for less money, and i need it fast" sounds like an unreasonable request, that i don't think you could reasonably expect someone to fully deliver on. But that's exactly what she did. 5 stars isn't enough.

I called looking for my regular agent. Found out he's retired now. However, Jody often worked with the agent and knew how he would have guided me. Jody proved as much when I asked about personal liability insurance.  Jody taught me about Umbrella Insurance and the deal I could get combining all my policies, as well.
