Ms. Kogan is truly a caring and outstanding insurance agent! She was there for me when I purchased my car two years ago, and she made sure that I left the car dealership with coverage and a fair insurance rate. She was there for me when I needed to change car insurance companies this year. I was very stressed out about seeing that my insurance rate was about to go up by 35%, and she helped me find a new company where my rate will go down. All I can say is WOW! A friend recommended me to Alla Kogan to answer some insurance questions. She was very pleasant and easy going from the beginning picking up the phone.
