Hate it been trying to get my money for where I paid my insurance ahead money and my towing bill since November 2 2021 and now it's January 20, 2022 no money yet

Was shopping for lower insurance and the agent was very helpful but was not my final decision. I  don't work so the husband made the decision to wait.

Talked to a guy by the name of "warren" I believe? He was real cordial and professional  with me he took his time did everything he could. The man really does he's job and I appreciate his service he completely  understood what I was saying and never gave me an attitude  not once

They hiked my auto and home every year and had no claims minus a speeding ticket 3 years ago and when I went to cancel cause I found a much better deal they made me pay the rest of my auto policy. I highly suggest you find another insurance company.
