I received a call and an email about my policy that was getting ready to lapse. Some folks would be upset for the call AND an email about collecting a debt. Not me. I was grateful for both. We are busy people with busy lives and busy minds. With the way the economy is right now, the last thing I need is a charge from the DMV AND my insurance to be canceled. Brian Ahern is the most knowledgeable and friendly agent I have ever had a chance with which to work. He spent the time to give me options on my insurance and even though I was happy with my rate he suggested that I use another carrier that was a better fit for my needs. Brian Ahern and his team at the Brian Ahern, Comparion Insurance Agency are absolutely amazing. Brian took the time to walk me through my existing coverage with my old carrier and explained how each coverage worked. I didn’t realize how many gaps I had in my coverage. Brian made suggestions that not only gave me more coverage but also saved me a lot of money.  My advice to anyone looking for more than just someone in a call center trying to lower your price or trying to talk you into less coverage to make it look like you are saving money to just call Brian.  Listen to what he is recommending for you and do it. Brian truly cares about making sure you are properly covered and at a fair price. BEST AGENT EVER! Liberty mutual is the worst, I’m currently involved with this company due to one of their clients hitting my car, the adjuster assigned to my case will not return phone calls someone answered and hung up. This claim is going on 2 months. 😡😡🤬
