10 out of 5 stars! I love how when you talk to Jimmy, you can tell he actually cares. He answers any and all questions you may have and stays on top of following up with carriers without being asked. Insurance is such a complex topic, it’s nice having somebody with experience in multiple aspects of this field to explain coverages so I could determine what is important to me!

My wife and I appreciate Mr. James Linscott-Hill's follow up and follow through, especially when "life got in the way" and our response times were slower than usual.  I met Mr. Linscott-Hill by happenstance his company's grand opening, and we talked briefly about my coverage.  He followed up with a few calls and then written quotes for home and auto coverages, which I shared with my wife.  We were not considering a change in insurance companies; but we changed our minds after he shared details on home and auto policies similar to what we had, coupled with additional coverage he recommended -- all at lower rates than what were paying currently.  He answered our questions and eased our concerns about switching from a company that provided our home and auto coverage for more than 10 years.  We're glad we took Jimmy's advice and made the switch!
