Very disappointed. After many years of being with him and Liberty Mutual, I cancelled policies due to price hike. Called on a Saturday, we spoke directly and the policies did not get cancelled. When i emailed and questioned it, i got a response of Hmmmm....no comments seem to have been made regarding our conversation and an 800 number given with nothing further said. I had to call this number to get my policy situation taken care of. Unreliable and not helpful to say the least. Would not recommend unfortunately
Saved the day! After being dropped unexpectedly, we were in a pinch. We were getting quotes from everyone and they were all 3-4x our original premiums. Sam came in clutch and found the best rates on thee planet - saving us THOUSANDS on our annual premiums, without compromising on great quality coverage! He was such an awesome person to work with and made the whole experience smooth & stress free. I can not recommend him enough.

Sam has been my insurance agent for over 25 years. He has always been very responsive to my concerns. I would not think of using any other person as my insurance agent.
