I was very impressed with Anica’s knowledge
and understanding of insurance policies. I would highly recommend Anica.

Anica is the only insurance agent who goes above & beyond for homeowners, investors & real estate professionals. She makes easy to read charts to help us keep our properties straight but most importantly, she educates on insurance details that no one ever talks about but everyone needs to know. She’s honest, super quick for escrow rushes & provides all the coverage you need!

I don’t know what happened to insurance but it’s a mess! If you call any of the companies that have a commercial, they’ll tell you they’re not writing new policies in California or they’ll tell you to wait 21 days. At least Anica is upfront about the process & helps jump thru the hoops to get us Californians insured. Don’t believe the hype, just call Anica.

Anica is not at all reliable when it comes to agent. While initially getting customer, she was responsive and later after submission of documents, did not care to follow up for customer or inform them about process. I have to start looking up for insurance quotes again after a month of submission of documents(assurance from her initially) with no response. Who knows even if she submitted all required documents or not. she did not care to provide any update during process and not even responding to emails or phone calls.  She is not at all trustworthy. Stay away from her if you really want insurance with liberty mutual. Other comparion agents updated after a month that she did not submit properly and now if i want, i need to go with newer quote. DO NOT EVEN WASTE TIME WITH ANICA. If i would have option, i would give 0 star. Scam agent who takes all details and not transmit further properly with company.

Working with Anica has been amazing. I first met her last year in the first days of February 2023 right before I contracted Long Covid and didn’t get to see her for awhile. She impressed me so much with her calm 17+ years of Insurance acumen and warm and gracious professionalism. I immediately liked her.

Fast forward to 2024 and what a mess and nightmare it is in insurance in California. I see SM posts all the time from neighbors having policies cancelled and other nightmares.

Do you know how you can just get a feeling from hearing a persons voice for the first time that they’re legit? She made me feel secure in choosing her insurance firm, all the questions that I confronted her with she answered to my satisfaction. Anica has been my rep for several years now at Liberty Mutual and although I have never met her personally, I feel as though I do because she is so personable. Whenever I call her for something which is not often, she remembers who I am and always treats me so kindly. Apart from that, she provides excellent service and fast.
