I had the pleasure of working with Richard Burns shopping for my home and auto insurance with this company. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of coverage and pricing, answered all of my questions, and was available for some of the curve balls I threw at him. In my instance I was both buying and selling a home and I also added the auto. He got me a worthy deal and even if his quote was higher than his competitors (which it wasn’t) I still would have went with this company due to their honesty, customer service, and willingness to help. 5/5 highly recommend.

James is awesome! I have been working with James for almost 4 years now. He is very good at what he does, and that is finding you home and auto policies that don’t break the bank. I never have to worry about coverage….he makes sure you have the right amounts. It is very reassuring to know that I have an agent that truly has my back! We love him so much that our 20 year old daughter (who recently purchased her first car) also turned to him for auto insurance. 5 stars for James!

He knew how to navigate our families complicated situation with international driver's and how to get the best rates with this. 6 Months ago I found a cheaper rate with Progressive and didn't follow his advice and switched. 6 months later, they upped my rate 30% with no claims, he was there to find us a better policy and bundle to save us over 500 dollars a year. James rocks.
