This isn't a review but does anyone know a insurance agent  i believe he's  licensed in Tennessee,  his name is Charles " Duffy " Weigel  ? He signed me up in 2015 , he maybe retired  already but i dure hope he isn't.  He's one in a million , no disrespect meant towards any other agent in the field because I have the upmost respect for you all. It's that Duffy and i connected and he made everything so simple  and easy to understand.  I have since moved to Virginia and i have yet to get any insurance  and it's been almost a year now and I'm missing out on sooooo many benefits..

DO NOT GO WITH THEM. We bundled our house, car, side by side and motorcycle insurance with them. We moved to a different house and found cheaper insurance and we went to cancel it all but told us we could only cancel our side by side insurance if we sold it. The worst insurance to have for anything. After having this company since 2013 and NEVER filing a claim, the one time we actually needed to use it, we get ignored and told the same BS through and through. Trying to talk to these people about the policy holder passing away and getting it moved over to someone new is like pulling teeth with a wrench and no anesthesia. In true (especially Florida-based Liberty Mutual) insurance fashion, my first year premium was of the “Hook ‘em, then fleece ‘em!” type of offer.
Upcoming Liberty Mutual renewal listed $800 increase from last year (no claims).
I was blatantly extorted that should I bundle my auto insurance, my premium would remain at last years level. IF I was willing to pay nearly a thousand dollars more for my auto coverage.
Obviously I can no longer condone, nor recommend Liberty Mutual, or Chris. His response to my declining his offer was basically “good luck!”, end of conversation.

We love Jeremy! It’s wonderful to find an insurance provider with integrity who actually cares about their clients as people! 100% recommend!!!!

I recently had my personal property stolen.  Liberty mutual rep Micheal have given me and my senior mother so much trouble.  I had full coverage on the contents in my trailer.  The representative Micheal even stated we have $3500 in contents.  Now it's been well over 1 month and still have not received payment.  Even though he stated we was due.  I'm looking for a new provider to insure our vehicles and motorcycle.

Price was 275 and over past few years has grown to 475/month with zero claims, wrecks, violations or anything else.  The last increase was from 375 to 475!!!  There are no humans to speak to unless you go through a maze of automated prompts.

I did move part of my insurance away, soon to be all, and they had even put my information in their system as me living in a different state. The coverage have also declined.  I pulled old policies to compare and they start adding things “we won’t cover anymore.”

Read the other reviews about rate increases.  The “swoop and grab”.  Low entry rate and jack it up baby!!  That’s their game plain and simple.  At the time of this review they have a 3.2 star rating. That’s a 64 out of 100.  Where I went to school, that would be an “F”.

Trust what you read on these….people.  Run, Run, Run.  I switched my homeowners to Farm Bureau.  Much cheaper and more coverage. USAA Was also cheaper and so was Geico.  Save your time and don’t even bother calling.  Like I said, I just received an almost 30% increase.  You’ll definitely be paying for what you need and then some.

They beat my old insurance company price so now I'm I ride with with them

I have been with this insurance for almost a year, my quote was a bit high but manageable, now every month it keeps going higher and higher. I haven't had any wrecks or traffic violations and it still climbs. I know paid in September and customer service is telling they didn't receive a payment. So. Where did my money go? I feel like I am being scammed! Do not use this insurance!

If you have this insurance you might want to check with the tag and title office to see if you are covered, meaning you might be paying for it but they probably didn't upload it to Ga. Which will cause your registration and license to get suspended which will cost you alot of money, going through this problem with them now

15 years of great service from Liberty Mutual

I love liberty mutual insurance I got more insurance for my car plus renter insurance for cheaper than I did with direct insurance

So, I’m a young driver and I have a TERRIBLE MVR. I’ll just get that out there. Two years ago I met Patrick Moates and he couldn’t get me a good rate with Liberty Mutual. Since then Patrick got me through 2 other insurance companies who could get me the cheapest rates with legitimate coverage. Then it happened, two days ago Patrick calls me, tells me their rates dropped and quoted me insurance. I saved so much money switching to Liberty Mutual I was able to gain better Coverage, Gap Insurance, Roadside Assistance, and more within a 3 minute phone call. If you need ANYTHING make sure to ask for Patrick Moates cause he will keep working til he can get you what you need.

I have been a customer for 14 years. When you really need them they will not be there for you. We have been denied wind damage on our roof recently and they refuse to even send another adjuster out for a second opinion. Very rude people who just dont care about the customer. They made it very clear they dont care if we stay with them or not. I spoke with multiple people there and wasted countless hours try to resolve this issue. Do not use Liberty Mutual of Chattanooga.

I am writing to commend two wonderful Liberty Mutual representatives.  David Stephenson and Jona Pritt have gone far above and beyond usual and customary customer service.  First, somehow they discovered that I was paying excessive premiums for auto & home coverage.  They called me into the office for a consult.  They spent two hours w/ me going over my coverage.  They saved me over $6,000.00 annually when it was all said and done.  With the savings on my homeowners, I am able to refinance my home for 15 year fixed rate at the same payment I had on the original 30 year loan.   The auto was comparably reduced, and I am getting the dashboard trackers on all 4 cars. I may be eligible for even further auto premium reduction.  They also recommended two types of annuity for my retirement funds.  I chose the estate maximizer whole life policy.   This is peace of mind insurance that I did not know was available.   This meeting with Jona and David was truly an unexpected blessing.  They thoroughly investigated my position, and were patient to let this old lady ramble on with my life stories.  They could not have been more cordial, professional, or knowledgeable.  I have been with Liberty Mutual since 1999.  This is the first time anyone has contacted me for a personal consultation.  If they had not called me, I would have continued to pay that $6,000 per year.  These are folks who looked out for my bottom line more than they did for yours!  How refreshing in this age of the 1% vs. the 99% we hear about daily in the media!!  These two are priceless, and I shall be telling everyone I know!!!  God bless...
