Jason was helping me out. My policies were coming up for renewal in a month and reached out to him to assist and helping finding another insurance company with better rates. He was responsive at first and then completely stopped answering my emails and texts messages. I reached out to Brianna who responded quickly but was unable to help since I was already working with Jason. I chose to find a different insurance agent.

I have been with Liberty Mutual for 3 years and just last month they did not renew my policy without explanation. I repeatedly called the local office on Medical Center Pkwy and no call backs. My son and I have been driving without insurance waiting to hear back. Not good business and do not recommend.
