Tommy is a breath of fresh air to the Insurance industry. Tommy is very honest about what he can or cannot do when you are shopping for a less expensive policy. When I had a claim, he was helpful with everything, including helping me find an honest, responsible contractor to handle my repairs. He always returns calls, emails, texts, etc., promptly. Excellent customer service!
