Vanessa has been our agent for a year now and she has always been responsive, professional and always been available to answer any questions we might have. . .we have dealt with agents in the past that once they sell a policy, they no longer care to take care of the customer. .but, it’s not that way with Vanessa. . .we are coming up on our renewal and we feel confident that throughout the renewal process, Vanessa will continue to be there for us and give us the service we were hoping for. . .I would HIGHLY recommend her as an agent for all a person’s insurance needs. . .btw. . .we were in the insurance industry for over 40 years. .not selling P&C. .
