David has been our insurance agent/broker off and on for a long time! A few years ago we switched (to see if we could save money) but rates kept going up and up, so I called him back. He was so kind and easy to work with and now we're back with him saving money. I also really appreciate actually having an agent to call if I need something, not just an automated line or online chatbot. What I appreciate about Dave is his forward honest approach. If you have a need he'll help you cover it however, if you don't need a particular coverage he'll mention that it may not make sense in your situation. He does not sell you products merely to sell a product. He genuinely cares for your particular situation.
