Horrible, horrible company, I wish we could give zero stars!! We have been with Liberty Mutual since 2008, loyal customers. Well, we had the audacity to file 3 claims from 2022 to 2023 and they dropped us!! We had 2 tow claims and one my husband backed into our trailer. The claims came out to total no more than $2500 and we were to big of a liability. We, had been asking our agent to look at our premiums prior to this as we were paying an astronomical amount to cover our stuff, over $14,000. So, we moved all of our policies because I was not staying with them after being dropped from the auto. Well, come to find out today our agent NEVER canceled our dirt bike policies with Liberty even though we were now covered with Progressive. I had payroll deduction and the amount was so small we did not notice the amount. When I contacted our agent about this and to ask him why he never canceled those policies and why he never removed the 3 bikes we no longer owned I did not even get an answer. Now, in order to get our $1500 back we have to provide proof of coverage on 3 bikes we sold. We have been told there is no other way to get our money back. So, this OVERPRICED SHADY AS HELL company will just get to keep our money because our agent screwed up and can't fix it. STAY AWAY from this company at all costs!! Our premiums went up drastically every year, even though we had zero tickets and accidents. We got the same coverage on our 2 dirt bikes through Progressive and it is $180 FOR THE YEAR!!! Liberty Mutual's cost for 2 bikes for a year was $942!! Homeowners insurance we are now paying $1700 vs Liberty Mutuals $3050. They are a dishonest company with dishonest agents, STAY CLEAR!!!
Dave is AMAZING!!!! I was able to get Auto/Home, and ADD Life Insurance all at a lower rate than what I was currently paying for just Auto/Home Insurance !!! Unbelievably AMAZING!!!! Thanks your the Best
