Don’t call to ask questions about coverage regarding your home insurance. They will tell you you’re not covered and add it to your claim history for 5 years. I  had an issue and needed clarification on coverage and they created a claim. This causes your rates to be higher for the next 5 years. They raised my rate $1000 more without warning. There’s nothing you can do to remove it. This also causes your rates to be higher with other insurance companies.They profit off questions being asked. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was Denied the coverage and when I filed to appeal this claim they Defended it which caused it to stay on my record. Their own employee in customer service told me that my situation was not right but unfortunately it’s completely legal for insurance companies to this but the adjuster who filed the claim could of answered my questions without filing a claim. So it goes back to ethics which tells me this company is  not about customers. Their goal is to profit off their customers by making claims that will harm the customer.

I had a horrible experience with this agency. I do not recommend
