Amazing customer service. I looked at my motorcycle insurance renewal and it went up almost $300! I contacted Robert for some other options and had a quote that saved me more than $500 within hours! Shortly after, I had my new policy in place and paid! They are also canceling my previous policy so I don't have to. Sooooo easy! I would contact Robert again in a heartbeat! I'll also refer anyone who needs insurance to Robert!

Robert was fantastic...I originally contacted him to shop insurance for my daughter.....I ended up getting quotes on my auto insurance and homeowners as well in the process....... all of which I have now switched over.
Robert responded quickly to every email I sent....and I sent a lot, with a lot of questions, he answered everything I asked, clearly and understandably.
I have had a bad experience with my insurance agent and his assistant for several years, but like most, I didn't want to switch because it was comfortable....so glad I did.

Rob was referred by my realtor when I mentioned my current insurance carrier was dropping fire and dwelling policies.  Not only was he quick to respond, he also gave me several options and packages to choose from! I was happy with my other provider, but I found out I was losing money! I definitely recommend at least giving Rob 15-20 minutes of your time.  I’ll end up saving about $500/year.

I stumbled upon Rob while shopping for some homeowners insurance. It was a huge relief just being able to speak to a live person on the 1st call. He took the time to actually listen and didn't keep badgering with relentless phone calls. He not only saved me 400.00 a year, he was able to upgrade my coverage. He even facilitated the transition with the over payment to the escrow account and the bank , He's easy to deal with and replies within minutes. . I gotta say he runs the place like the chic fa lay of insurance. Ya need to give him a shot. Well worth the time.

I was looking for lower rates and was working with Liberty Mutual.
One day I received an email from a Robert Thurston with Liberty Mutual telling me, if I would allow, he would like to see if he could get some lower rates.  Well,  he did.  Kindly worked with me for 3 days.  Not only was able to get lower rates but better coverage.
Robert was so patient and knowledgeable.  I needed someone just like him.  I got the whole package and saving possibly $125-$150 a month, and did I say better coverage.
I would recommend Robert to anyone.
